The State Library has received Federal Notice 1396, which allows one to deduct Haitian Relief cash contributions on the 2009 Tax Return. The notice is in English, Spanish, French, and Haitain Creole. Federal and state tax forms are available on tables in front of Room 341 (the State Library) of the State House. There is a reproducible book of federal tax forms in the Library.
